Welcome to SoapCraft Academy. By accessing or using our website, courses, community features, and related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Accounts & security. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

License & access. When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access that course for your personal learning. Access duration is described at purchase; we may modify delivery methods (e.g., streaming platform) provided you retain reasonable access.

Restrictions. You may not: (a) share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly post course materials; (b) remove watermarks or attribution; (c) attempt to bypass access controls; (d) scrape or copy the Services at scale; (e) use the Services to infringe intellectual property or violate laws.

Community conduct. Be respectful to classmates and instructors. Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, spam, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. We may remove content or restrict accounts to maintain a safe learning environment.

Safety notice. Soapmaking may involve caustic materials (e.g., lye) and heat. Follow safety instructions, use protective equipment, and comply with local handling and disposal rules. You assume all risk for your activities and outcomes.

Refunds. We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible purchases when less than 20% course progress has been completed. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details. Refund eligibility may be affected by local consumer laws.

Payments. Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on location. If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment is resolved.

Intellectual property. The Services and all course content, including videos, text, downloads, branding, and design, are owned by SoapCraft Academy or licensed to us. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party links. The Services may reference third-party tools or sites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Changes to the Services. We may add, remove, or modify features to improve the Services. If changes materially reduce access to purchased content, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent alternative.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using course materials.

Disclaimers. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoapCraft Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Governing principles. These Terms are intended to operate alongside applicable local consumer protection laws. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Updates to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
